Bubble in uterus?

Hi I am 26 years old. Doctors telling that there is bubble in uterus (some kind water bubble). Due to this bubble I am facing some problems in pregnancy, now doctor has given some tablets and told me to come back in next menses. He suggest me to avoid conceiving also. Is that a big problem? Is that mean I am not going to get pregnant? Please answer me.
