Calcium tablet in daily usage ?

right now i'm in that country where Milk isn't cheap and not even pure, so one doc ask me to use Calcium tablets . the product name is "Qalsan D " and here is ingredients per tablet :
Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate 1250mg, Vitamin D3 125IU, contain sugar free( Aspartame)

recommended : 2 tablets a day !

i wanna know this is fine to use ? actually when i run i feel pain in my leg bones and even in gym while lifting a weight feel pain in my bones !

i need help thx

About 1000 mg per day as a supplement is fine - taking two is ok but it's at the higher level. One should be fine.

Vitamin D and calcium together are good for all over health so just 20 mins of sunshine every day is also a good idea.

There are lot more sources for calcium other than milk/dairy. Beans, salmon, broccoli, kale oranges and almonds are all good sources.
