I wondered if anyone has sought acupuncture as a means of helping alleviate moods swings and irritabilty. If so, can you recommend a good acupuncturist? Thank you!

Hi,
Yes acupuncture alone or with a combination of Chinese herbs can greatly help with irritability and mood swings.

Hi TW46, Acupuncture can assist with anxiety if that's what you're experiencing. For more about conditions that acupuncture can help allay, you may want to check out this article.

If you're looking for an 'alternative' treatment for mood and irritability, meditation is also supposed to be very effective. For more on this topic, visit https://www.empowher.com/community/blog/lia-andrews/qigong-exercising-yo...

You may have some luck in finding an acupuncturist here:
