Hi Anon

Thanks for your post! I'm glad you seem to be recovering well from breast cancer.

Arimidex is a prescription medication taken after breast cancer to lower the risk of breast cancer returning.

DIM is a compound found in certain vegetables and is taken to encourage production of healthy estrogen.

You will need to ask your doctor if there is a contraindication. There may not be since DIM occurs naturally in food. But even though DIM capsules can be purchased at drug stores in the vitamin section and there is no prescription needed, it's a good idea to check first. It has been found that natural foods (especially grapefruit) can interfere with medications. Better be on the safe side.

We wish you well on your road back to health.
