I've been on lutera since August 2014 never missed a pill. Last month I ended up taking 2 EC the first EC I took it during the first wk of the 5th pack of the pills the second time I took it because I took advil for head. Aches, Cetirizine and 1 capsule of Vibora de Cascabel I took the capsule on December 20th seen my bf on the 26th we had sex at midnight already Saturday which was the 27th that day was also my last day of my period. I took the second EC on the 28th around 7:30pm. The day after I sated cramping since then. Also when I had my period it was during my 3rd week of the pills a week early because I had taken another EC

And nope I never missed a pill. Always took them at 8am or a few minutes early I heard it doesn't harms if you take it a little early.

Hi Susan.

No I haven't gotten my period yet I just started my second week of the pills. I usually been getting my period around my third week of the pills because I took EC before. I took EC because I got scare and I still am. After I took the second EC I I started having cramps I still have them off and on.

Hi Marrie

Thanks for your post.

Why are you taking EC when you are on the Pill and you have never missed a day? You should not be doing this - you need to only take your pill, especially since you are taking it properly.

Taking EC will only cause your cycle to become very irregular. You are putting far too many hormones that necessary into your body. Taking Advil won't affect the pill and the dietary capsule (that has no scientific merit) should not affect it either.

Don't take EC anymore - there is no need. Keep taking your Pill as usual and
