Can drinking ice tea or hot tea make me iron deficient?

I read somewhere that drinking ice tea and make women iron deficient... Is that true?

A health study on this says that unless you are already iron deficient, you don't really have to worry about drinking tea. Western populations tend to have adequate iron stores:
