The combination (might) cause a heavier flow, though I'm not sure about the duration. Check with your pharmacist on this.

According to WebMD - Parsley has been used to start the menstrual flow, among other things.

Medroxyprogesterone (Provera) is a progestin, a female hormone that helps regulate ovulation and menstrual periods. Medroxyprogesterone is used to treat conditions such as absent or irregular menstrual periods or abnormal uterine bleeding. Common side effects are spotting, breakthrough bleeding, changes in the menstrual cycle.
