Hi Anon

A dropped bladder (known as a prolapsed bladder or cystocele) should not make your vagina smell.

The only time you may experience this is if you have a vesicovaginal fistula which may cause you to urinate from your vagina instead of your urethra, where you should urinate from.

Have you been diagnosed with this?

Some women with a dropped bladder can urinate through their vagina or even feel their bladder from their vaginal opening.

If not, you may have an infection or possible STD you need to have checked out. You may want to make an appointment with your health care provider to ensure you do not have an infection of any kind.

Do you have a pessary or something like this, to help with your prolapsed bladder?
