Hi, my girlfriend gave me a blow job, I cleaned the fluid on her face with my hands and I did not wash them. After an hour or so, I fingered her. She was on her first fertile day, I am scared if she can impregnate like this.

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Sperm can only survive a few minutes in open air. It dies even sooner if handled. So, by the time you touch her the sperm would have been unable to impregnate her. you do not need to worry about pregnancy from this situation.
