So it's been 2 weeks since I've last seen my boyfriend and we have fooled around, the closest me got to anything that could PROBABLY get me pregnant was dry ( I had underwear on and he had his pants with his boxers underneath ) and after that pulled away pulling his pants and boxers down revealing he ejaculated. I did touch some but i washed my hands before going to the bathroom and stuff. Ever since then I've been getting cramps, sore nipples, a bit back pain, gas, and constipation. The first week of these symptoms I freaked out but then calmed down thinking it was just anxiety, but I'm still having these problems and I don't think there was much of a chance of pregnancy. My period should be here in one more week, could this be anything else? ( I have no way of getting a hold of a pregnancy test nor support from my friends )

From what you have shared, there was no risk of becoming pregnant. Most likely, what you are feeling is due in part to anxiety and the fact that your period is due to start in about a week or so.
Try your best to relax, because stressing can only delay your period.
