so even if i took the morning after pill (which i did in 13 hours) i can still be pregnant? because he touched my genital area?

No, you do not become pregnant by getting sperm in your mouth.
The sperm on his hands, when he touched your genital area, could enter your vagina. There is a very slight change that this could get you pregnant. Your changes increase if it is around the time when you ovulate (one of your ovaries releases an egg). Generally, ovulation happens about 2 weeks before the start of your period.
Depending on your definition of being a virgin, you may not be a virgin any more. Some people think virginity is lost when a woman has sexual intercourse (penis penetrates the vagina). Others will say, virginity is lost with any type of sexual activity, such as oral sex.
Lastly, an emergency contraceptive (morning after pill) is effective if taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex.
If you feel that you are ready to be sexually active, please consider using birth control regularly, such as oral contraceptive or condoms.
