Kay Im 21 and I have recently started taking the pill, this would be my 2nd month now. i missed 2 pills and didnt double up. The 2 pills i missed were missed on the 1st 2 days of week three (being Monday and Tuesday), me and my partner had sex lastnyt (being Wednesday), Monday Morning and Sunday Night. Is it possible to get pregnant, also does it matter if i havnt started in the grey shaded area and didnt take the red pills last month to get my period? im currently takin Monofeme.

Dear Anon,
If you missed a pill from your pack and did not double up the next day, then yes there is an open window for pregnancy. It is very important to remember to take the entire pack of your pills on time.
To remember taking your pills, set up an alarm on your cell phone at the same time every day. Eventually, you won't need the alarm.

Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing what your chances of pregnancy are. Every woman's cycle is different, and your chances of pregnancy increase with the amount of pills you miss plus the frequency of unprotected sex.
From your previous post, it sounded like you are expecting your period to begin this week? If so, let us know what the results of the home pregnancy test are (if you choose to take it), or hopefully your period will begin this week.

Well you know how i was spotting before i took the sugar pills? well im on my 3rd day of sugar pills and i am still spotting, is that normal? shouldnt the sugar pills have brought on my normal period by now or is it normal since ive been spotting for the last week? i am just getting a bit worried cause i have really bad stomach cramps, went to the doctors and he said it was normal, did the test and it was negative, im just confused
