We did it 4 months ago (april 23) we just rubbed our genital but no penetration and neither ejaculation. Now i feel all the symptom like bloating, cramping, fatigue etc. I've already got my period 3times (5-7days) now my stomach cramp so bad and bloat. I read on the internet that pc contain sperm. I am so panic !! Please respod asap

Three normal periods confirms you are not pregnant.
Stomach cramps and bloating signal a gastrointestinal issue, possibly caused by a reaction to something you ate or you have a stomach virus. If these symptoms persist or worsen, please call your primary care physician.
