Hi, so my boyfriend and I were messing around and we had no bottoms on, we rubbed against each other, but there was no penetration, he never went inside of me, but he was on the outside of my vagina (not the tip) i just went up and down his length, i was on top and he was lying down, but it was wet down there, he never "came" but can i still get pregnant? I'm still a virgin, but he isn't. Please help..!

No. You were not at risk for becoming pregnant because he did not penetrate and ejaculate.
However, this is risky and just one step away from intercourse. Please start using protection, condoms for him and some type of birth control for you.
