Every month, you have the potential of becoming pregnant if you have unprotected intercourse. The chance is highest five days before and on the day you ovulate, which is generally mid cycle or 14 days following the last day of your last period.
Taking Postinor 2 at an earlier time should not affect your chances of being pregnant in the future.
If you are asking if you could be pregnant despite taking Postinor 2 and having a period, the answer is no. Vaginal bleeding means you are not pregnant.
