My boyfriend and I enganged in unprotected sex recently, he came and that was that. We didn't bother to wash his area afterward although later on the day we had sex again unprotected but we just wiped his area with water but no soap. My question is even though we wiped ourselves down, is there a chance i could get pregnant? It was the day before i ovulated so i'm really scared.

Sperm can live outside the body for about 20 minutes. Once semen has dried, sperm is dead. So you cannot become pregnant from dried semen and dead sperm.
Unprotected intercourse a day before you were to ovulate was risky if he ejaculated.
