Hi I am Sheena

I had a little fun with this guy we fooled around I had my 4th day/ 5th day of my period on... He didn't have sex with me nor was his penis anywhere close to my vagina but he touched me after he touched himself I waited a month and I got my next period on time however I am a bit nervouse cuz my period started normal with spotting next two days good flow color also looked fine on the third day also it was fine till the evening but when I changed my pad and put a fresh one the flow reduced and blood only comes when I wipe with a tissue.. Like is this normal also I read about spotting and vaginal bleed implantation and now I am freeking out nothing happened I know I checked with a pregnancy test 2weeks after the incident and if came negative... But the lack of blood flow is scaring me

Please let me know what I should do I can't be pregnant my whole life will come crumbling down

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
You cannot be pregnant because you did not have intercourse. Touching genitals cannot cause pregnancy under in any situation. There is no need to worry.

Periods can change for a variety of reasons. Mostly it is not anything serious, just hormonal imbalances that correct themselves over time. It is especially common to have an irregular period during adolescent years.
Check out the article at the link below to read about why periods can sometimes be irregular.
