Can I get pregnant even thought I took plan b 32 hours after intercourse

I lost my virginity on march 17 at 12:30 in the afternoon and the condom got stuck In me but I took it out.. later the night I urinated and there was red blood and it was spotty the next day I took plan b around 8 pm and I was still spotting... after I took the pill I've been experiencing back and lower abdominal pain .. i was supposed to get my period around the time I lost my virginity but now I'm worried I could get pregnant ! Is there a chance I can or should I stop worrying
