The simple answer is yes.
Unprotected intercourse leads to pregnancy. Vaginal penetration with ejaculation, especially during your fertile window, which is five days before and on the day you ovulated, carries the highest risk.
If you are scared of becoming pregnant, you and your partner must use birth control.
