Can I get pregnant from this? What could these symptoms be?

Hello! I'm 17 years old. My boyfriend and I fool around. I'm on ortho-cyclen birth control. The last couple of months I have been taking them pretty strictly! My boyfriend and I usually just dry hump, he gets a HJ and or BJ, and I get fingered. Now, on February first, he dry humped me, but I had thin spandex shorts on and a thong and he had gym shorts and underwear. I was super wet, where it leaked through. I'm scared that when I was giving him a handjob/BJ that it could get on our hands and when he fingers me, it could get me pregnant. I know for a fact that it couldn't have been a huge amount, and there was no actual wet cm on his hands. But I'm worried because it is now the 20th, and I have extremely tender nipples and they look a lot bigger too and have been this way for at least the past 3 days. Also, I have this thick, creamy, white discharge along with some sticky (thicker than snot) like discharge once in awhile. I have about 5 days until I'm done with the blue pills in my pack, and then I usually get my period when I have 3-4 green placebo pills left. However, last period I was scared because I had no cramping (which was unusual for me) I'm going to the doctors on Thursday for a check up. Should I mention this, and the fact that I'm worried about being pregnant and have her check my pee? Or should I just not worry about it?
