Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Pre-ejaculate can sometimes contain healthy sperm. However, this sperm can only cause pregnancy if penetration occurs.
Since there was no penetration, any sperm that was present would not be able to make you pregnant.
Another reason you will not become pregnant, is because you took emergency contraception.
You may experience side effects including: bleeding a few days later, tender breasts, nausea, and cramping. These symptoms, do not indicate pregnancy. They are only side effects of the drug.
Below I have pasted a link to a HER article that talks more about outercourse and pregnancy. I highly suggest that you read it.

Hi Anon,
Thank you for your question.
The chances of you being pregnant are slim to none for two reasons. No penetration and because you took emergency contraception within 72 hours of having unprotected sex.
While emergency contraception reduces the risk of pregnancy up to five days, it is most effective when taken within 72 hours (three days) of having unprotected sex. Taken within 72 hours, about 15 women out of 100 who use emergency contraception will become pregnant.
Be aware that the emergency contraceptive pill will typically cause irregular menstrual symptoms so don't be alarmed if your menstrual doesn't come on or around the regular scheduled date.
Be well,
