Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for reaching out to us with your concern about a breast discharge.

Postinor 2 is an emergency contraceptive. It is taken only to prevent pregnancy following unprotected intercourse of contraceptive failure, such as a broken condom. It is not intended to be used as birth control.

Anonymous, please do not take another dose of Postinor 2. Call your gynecologist or your primary care physician right away.

You must be seen in person by a healthcare professional. I am very concerned about the breast discharge that you describe as breast milk, and that you are having more than one period per month. I suspect a serious hormonal imbalance.

Regards,
Maryann
