I had sex three months ago, and I have had two periiods since. I have a period two weeks after I lost my virginity, and then another one a month later, that one was exceptionally heavy. But this month I have not. Well not yet. It was due this week but they aren't 100% regular cause I'm only 16. Do you think I could be pregnant. I am so worried because if I am I'd be like 3 months pregnant. and I've just started my a levels so I'm stressing about them too. But if I go to doctors its hard to get to them because I live in a village in countryside with no shops. I'm stressing so much. Can any of you offer me some help or advice? Thank you.

Well I had sex on the 23rd of july and my period was two weeks after, then I don't remember the date of my next one, but I remember it because it was heavy, and I seem to think my period was due either the week just gone or this week. So I guess I can't be to many days late. I don't really regret it, I guess I could because I don't date him anymore, and we don't talk. But I kinda understand what you're saying.

Anonymous, the short answer is no.

A period during pregnancy is a miscarriage. If you have had two periods, you are not pregnant. As you said, your periods are still a little irregular. You could take a home pregnancy test to put your mind at ease, but you really cannot remain pregnant after having two periods, so a test is probably unnecessary.

Thank you for writing.

My nan had a period until she was 4-5 months with her two pregnancies. So not always a miscarriage. X

So it's for sure if you have 2 periods you are 100% not pregnant?

Yes. It is true! I did the pull put method about 5 months ago and that was 4-5 days before my expected period. I was so happy to have my period then my next period was really light and 3 days early it gradually got heavier. I was still really worried and scared because there is always that possibility but if you have been having your normal periods then you don't need to worry about it if it was really light like pink then I would but since 3 more months have passed I have had my normal periods. Trust me don't stress yourself about it. Because of stressing myself so much I couldn't stop worrying this has also caused me not getting full after meals and that had added to my worries. I hope this helps you I have been so stressed out that I haven't enjoyed life for 5 months almost 6. Your period is the shedding of the uterin lining which sheds if your NOT pregnant. I hope this helps you i know that it can be hars . try and stop worrying.

Thank you for responding. I have been rattling my brain, because I also used a condom. So I do know chances are slim, but there's always room to worry too. My 2nd period was very heavy, heavier than normal. And I did notice it had the odd black splodge in it. Research had mentioned miscarriage but I didn't look into it. If that is so could that have anything todo with my period being late this month? Thank you for your advice.
