Yes, you can get pregnant even with uterine fibroids. In rare cases, uterine fibroids can cause fertility.
I have a history of multiple, large uterine fibroids but never had a problem conceiving. I have three healthy children, ages 25, 22 and 16 years old who were each full-term babies.
