Can I still get pregnant without fallopian tubes?

Hey ladies. i love all you comments. im only 24 years old and had both my tubes removed im married and we both want kids. It is a struggle because i have never even heard of in vetro and then to hear it was so much $$$ i feel like there is no hope. My husband works 2 jobs and im working as well. its nice to hear all your stories. Sometimes i feel alone in this..

i had an ectopic pregnancy and had surgery the dr did not remove my tube he said he cut it and it would heal and close back up is that safe can i still conceive and i had normal period and now ive been bleeding of and on for ten weeks

I am 49 years old and my monthly period has not been regular. Both the tubes and the left ovary were removed in 1994 due to tubular pregnancy. The last period was on March 23rd. I had sex on April 5th, 11th and 27th 2011. Would like to know if the delay in period is due to menopause or pregnancy?

hello. i can't believe i am going through this and i'm still scared and unsure. i have also lost both my tubes (right at age 19 due to large ovarian tumor, left at age 35 due to IVF ectopic). shortly after ectopic, i became pregnant through a frozen embryo transfer and had my son. we've been trying to get pregnant again through IVF for the past year and a half without success. we did our last frozen transfer in february and had a negative beta on 2/23. i started my period 2 days later. it's almost 6 wks later, my period is almost 2 wks late and i have pregnancy symptoms. as a joke i took a upt test today at work and it was positive. had my blood drawn because i was freaking out and my beta was 39,000. ultrasound showed a gestational sac about 4 or 5 wks and a yolk sac but no fetal pole. i'm so confused about what happened. i can't possibly get pregnant on my own without tubes, but the last ivf cycle failed. no one can tell me what happened. i have to repeat my beta on friday to see which way it's trending and repeat my us tomorrow. any input would be appreciated.

Well I have an interesting thing to say, my friend as well as I had both of our tubes removed, she had hers removed in 1997 and in 2000 she found out she was pregnant WITHOUT Invitro after her doctor told her there was absolutely no chance! I Know i know, I was stunned, there is a 1% chance of becomiing pregnant without your fallopian tubes, Each year that 1% chance increases by 1%. So Yes, it is possible to become pregnant naturally without any tubes, but it is rare. Keep hope anything can happen. I will also keep hope for myself... :D
