Last night my girlfriend and I were having fun. We were not having an intercourse. I was just in my underwear and it was soaked as I had ejaculated in it twice before but her underwear was off. I had been rubbing my penis on her vagina with the underwear on knowing that only an intercourse can make a girl pregnant. I am now very scared as I have this doubt. Please clear my doubt and resolve this issue.

There was never a high risk for pregnancy. As I first replied, sperm could not pass through the cloth of your boxers. Thus no chance.
Later, you posted that some leaked out but did not say where on your girlfriend's body. If the semen landed on her leg and she wiped it away, again no chance.
However, if you were on top of her, she was naked, and the semen landed on her pubic area, there was a very slight chance that a sperm,
which is microscopic and cannot be seen with the naked eye, could have traveled past her labia and into her vagina. If your girlfriend was ovulating at the time, and a sperm did enter her vagina, then conception was possible.
Anonymous man, I want to make it perfectly clear that I cannot say conception did not happen, unless you can swear semen did not land close to her genital area.
I am sorry that you are so stressed. But, you have to understand the consequences of engaging in any type of sexual activity when sperm can potentially enter your girlfriend.
This is why I suggested birth control. If you think you are too young to use birth control, then you are too young to be sexually active.

All you can do now is wait. If your girlfriend's period is late by more than one week, she should take a home pregnancy test. That is the only sure way to know if she became pregnant.

You can relax. There was no chance of your girlfriend becoming pregnant because, even though you ejaculated, you did so in your boxers. Sperm cannot pass through fabric. Thus, no sperm got out of your boxers and traveled into her vagina.
Since you and your girlfriend are sexually active, please use a condom whenever you have intercourse and she must use some type of birth control to prevent an unwanted pregnancy.
