My mother probably was positive, my sister, and 2 of 4 of my brothers have tested positive, now we are finding one grandchild with possible positive, son of a positive. I have been tested negative. Does my daughter have a possible positive for the gene? Should all the grandchildren be tested, or should we wait until something comes up?

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Testing your daughter and grandchildren for Leiden Factor 5 is entirely your choose. However, I suggest that you do just in so you can be aware of any precautions you may want to take in advance if needed.
