My mother probably was positive, my sister, and 2 of 4 of my brothers have tested positive, now we are finding one grandchild with possible positive, son of a positive. I have been tested negative. Does my daughter have a possible positive for the gene? Should all the grandchildren be tested, or should we wait until something comes up?

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
August 28, 2016 - 4:38pmTesting your daughter and grandchildren for Leiden Factor 5 is entirely your choose. However, I suggest that you do just in so you can be aware of any precautions you may want to take in advance if needed.
