I have had neuro dermatitis before . It was on my back, legs, shoulders, and face. I scratched the scabs off all the time. I have a sore on my nose and I also pick the scab off all the time. How can I get it to heal

Hello. Thank you for writing.

Lichen simplex chronicus (also known as neurodermatitis) is a form of eczema that starts as an itchy, scaly patch of skin that usually appears on the neck, wrist, forearm, thigh, ankle or genitals. Symptoms of lichen simplex chronicus include:
Leathery, thickened skin
Dark patches on the skin
Pronounced skin lines in the patches

What you have on your nose might be something else. Any sore that is not healing should be checked by a dermatologist.
