My period came out of 20th of February and it lasted for 3days and yesterday being 1st of march I had unprotected sex which he release sperm inside me. I took salt and water immediately and this morning I took postinor 2. Do I still have the chances of getting pregnant?

Salt and water will do nothing to prevent you from becoming pregnant.
Postinor 2 prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation. So, it will work if you take it within 72 hours of unprotected sex and before ovulation.
If you have a 28 to 30 day menstrual cycle, March 1 was day 10 of the new cycle and just before the time of ovulation.
