On Wednesday 18th of February me and my boyfriend were dry hunping, I had no underwear on and he had shorts and boxers. Lately I've been really paranoid about it and I just want to know if precm can go through clothing and impregnate. I am so worry and its got me really stressed out. It's seems like a silly question but I am genuinely worried due to me having no underwear on.

Also could you tell me how much sperm there is in precum? If any? This is the amount of sperm when he has not ejaculated previously.

Hi Anonymous,
No I cannot. Please read my reply regarding sperm in pre ejaculation.
Pre ejaculation is the liquid that seeps out of the penis before ejaculation occurs. This fluid is released from the cowpers gland, located at the top of the urethra. The purpose of this fluid is to reduce the acidity in the urethra and provide lubricant for the sperm that is released once ejaculation occurs. Most guys have no control over it and cannot feel it coming out.

Hello Anonymous,
There is not a silly question because it has you very concerned.
Regarding pre-ejaculate, if the male has recently ejaculated, there may be sperm that stows away in his urethra. Once he voids, any left behind sperm is flushed out with the urine.
Sperm cannot get past clothing. Even though you were not wearing any clothes, your boyfriend was. So, there was no risk for pregnancy .
