ASKOnly Partial insertion was done with some precum fluid.. Many internet sources say that the precum fluid has sperm cells which cause pregnancy.. Can someone please help... Doctor... what are the chances for pregnancy.. if it causes pregnancy..How can the pregnancy be prevented..

Yes, it's possible for pregnancy to occur if the pre-ejaculate contains sperm.
To prevent conception, a woman would need to take emergency contraception as soon as possible, usually within three days.
