So suppose there is some semen on my hand and i used hand sanitizer (dettol which contains 69% denatured alcohol) and then fingered my gf, is there any risk? I know it sounds stupid xD. And last thing if i masturbated, say 4 hours earlier, will there be any sperm present?

Thank you for your post.
We have helped you before on this subject. In four hours, any traces of sperm would be dried and therefore dead. Any form of handwashing or sanitizing will kill sperm.
