You will know whether or not you became pregnant once your next monthly period does or does not start.
If he did not ejaculate once he had his penis in your vagina, there was no risk. He urinated before inserting, so no risk of sperm in any pre ejaculate fluid.
This dry discharge could be your own lubrication.

There would have been a risk for pregnancy if you inserted your penis into her vagina and released semen, and if you did not use protection, like a condom, and this happened around the time she was due to ovulate.
