There was no risk for pregnancy by fingering with dried semen on his fingers and on the day following the last day of your period.

hey I was wondering if dry sperm can swim from my underwear in to my vagina? what happened was that I touched some of my boyfriends semen but quickly wiped it off w a towel until my hand was completely dry and then afterwards, I touched the inside of my underwear where my vagina goes. could I be pregnant?

I understand you are worried, but you can relax. There is no possibility of pregnancy from this scenario.
