I was looking for some advice. Have you started your period yet?
If you are late by more than one week, test for pregnancy. That is the only way to know.
One way to eliminate this type of stress again is for you to choose and use some type of birth control, regularly.
Stress can affect your menstrual cycle by upsetting the normal balance of hormone. This can cause a late or missed period.

Did you use a washcloth when you washed his penis and your vagina? If so, no risk.
Likewise, if you did not use a washcloth when you washed your vagina, any semen would have been washed away and down the drain.

From what you have shared, there was no risk of you becoming pregnant.
There would have been a risk if
this happened close to (five days before) ovulation or on the day of ovulation
you inserted the fresh semen directly into your vagina
