Can sinusitis cause migraines ?

My daughter was diag. w/ sinusitis & seems to have had a migraine on & off since . I don't know what to do for her . Her pediatrician doesn't seem to know what to do for her . Caffeine seems to help but it doesn't seem to want to stay away for any length of time . Please help !!

Sinus headaches include head pain and often a sensitivity to lights/eye pain. 

But migraines often include blinding head pain, nausea, vomiting and an intense sensitivity to light.  

Which does your daughter have? Treatment will vary, depending.
