Hi
Actually I'm having a crazy question.but I'm really worried so that I'm posting this.
I had some pre ejaculate stain on my hands barely wiped and with seconds I gave my girlfriend a gift. I was masturbated about 24 hrs ago. So my question is can sperm(if there) in my hands get transferred to the gift and then to my girls hand and can cause a pregnancy when she uses the toilet. She have washed her hands afterwards with soap. And she used bathroom about 4-5 hours after the incident. Please reply as I'm seriously worried even though I Know it's somewhat stupid.please help.and she is in her fertile window.

Hello Peter Jacob,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. Thank you for reaching out to us.

Sperm can live outside the body for about 20 minutes.

Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If you had a recent ejaculation, sperm remains in your urethra. That is the tube that both urine and semen pass through. Once you urinate, the sperm is flushed out.

If wet semen was still on your hands, yes, it would have gotten on the gift and on her hands if she touched it.

There would have been a risk for your girlfriend becoming pregnant if fresh semen was inserted into her vagina.

Regards,
Maryann
