Can sperm still be inside me when it was ejaculated when I was on birth control although it's been a few days later and my pack has ended?

I read online and it says that sperm can live inside of you for a maximum of about 5 days. My boyfriend has ejaculated in me today (Wednesday) and this is my last week of active birth control pills. I took the pill today and I will continue taking it until my active pills end this Saturday. But, Is it possible that when my active pills run out, the sperm can still be inside me and there will be a change of me getting pregnant?
