Hi dis is hizz.
Me and my bf were making out and he pulled off his jeans... And was in underwear..but I was wearing 3 layers cotton clothes ...
He dint ejaculate...but we were very close to each other...does there are any chances of getting pregnant?

No. You can't get pregnant this way, by making out with clothes on. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sexual intercourse with ejaculation that enters the vagina.

Hi again, Hizz. 

You know about sperm so you must know something about sex. Having sexual intercourse is when a man's penis is inserted into a woman's vagina.  This can't happen with clothes on that are covering the genitals.
