These pills are meant to be used in emergency situations (after sex - if for example, a condom broke). They should not be used as a regular form of BC.
Although you are supposed to take the second pill 12 hours after the first (for 2-pill dosing) it won't hurt you or lesson the effects of the ECP if both are taken together or closer together. Be sure to read the information that comes with the pills so you know what to expect.
