hi everyone my quetion is can a woman get pregnate 3 days after her period ... my cycle is 31 days had my last period feb 8th and it lasted till feb 13th .. i had sex the 16th of feb and it was unprotected

Yes, a woman can get pregnant (not 'pregnate') 3 days after her period. Many women ovulate around day 14, but others ovulate a lot earlier - around day 9 or 10 (day 1 is the first day of your period so in your case you had unprotected sex on day 9). Even if you ovulate later, around day 11 or 12, sperm can live in a woman's body for 3 days or more, so in your case, pregnancy is a possibility.
