I'm sorry....is this a real situation you are talking about? I'm very skeptical that you have a male friend who's girlfriend wants him to have a bigger penis (no mention if HE wants one or not), and he has undergone not one, but two penis reductions?
What was the exact kind/nature/name of the surgery he had on his penis when he was 14 and 16 years old? Was this medically necessary or cosmetic? This really does sound like a joke, so please forgive my skepticism, but I do not know of doctors who perform penis reductions on teenagers unless medically necessary. And now, he wants this reversed (or his girlfriend does)?
Either way, his girlfriend would need some more sexual health information, as the old adage "size does not matter" is true for the vast majority of human males, and I hope she is not causing harm in her "request". (Put the situation in reverse on the other gender; a male saying that a woman's breasts are too small, and that he wants her to have a breast augmentation in order to be satisfied sexually. Those are very hurtful and harmful words).

Roses,
If your abdomen pain persists for more than a few days, and you have tried over-the-counter remedies (gas-relief medicine, for example), and it keeps coming back, you need to call your doctor to rule out any medical condition.
Will you let us know what your doctor says?

Can you tell us why you are relieved that you may no longer be a virgin? There are different definitions of what a "virgin" is...what is your definition?
Women can become pregnant when they have unprotected intercourse, whether it lasts for 2 seconds or 20 minutes. There is less of a chance of pregnancy when there is no ejaculation, but there is something called "pre-ejaculatory fluid" that may contain sperm.
Does this answer your question?

Thank you for your question. Your question is are you a virgin...let's really look at this.
Virginity is defined as someone who has not had sexual intercourse. Sexual intercourse is defined as a sexual union based on the penis entering the vagina. Technically by definition, you are no longer a virgin.
Let's answer your second question about the pain associated with the penis entering the vagina. The lower abdominal pain is common and will go away in a couple days. This occurrence may not happen every time you have sexual intercourse as there are many denominators that may cause the pain. For example: the size of his penis may cause discomfort, the amount of lubrication used and even the momentum of the sexual intercourse itself.
I hope this helps answer your questions. Please let me know if there is something else you may want us to answer.
