So one afternoon my boyfriend and I decided too do something new.I was on my period and I was very horny so we decided to dry hump I took off my pant and I was wear a pad and he was only wearing underwear.he didn't cum at all but felt my underwear wet. Can I get pregnet.

No. You cannot get pregnant by dry-humping, with your boyfriend wearing boxers and with you wearing a sanitary pad and your underpants ( I am assuming that you were wearing underpants with the sanitary pad).
