Can you get pregnant from fingering (body fluids on the finger unknown) while on your period?

Please please please help. My bf and I were making out on the 22 of December and things got really intense. He'd been rubbing me pretty hard down here through my yoga pants (and I had a thong on underneath) and he had jeans on. He then put his hand down my pants and put his finger right on the edge of vagina. He asked if he could finger me and I decided no, so he went back to rubbing me. He never put his finger directly in my vagina but I have no idea if he had any of his fluids on that finger or not. I also was on my period during this and I though I was basically done so I had a super thin panty-liner on. The. We got up and went to lunch,mi went to the bathroom and discovered I started to bleed a little heavy so I put a pad on and nothing came close to as intense as it was after that. I was on a light period after that for three days. Is there a chance I got pregnant? Please please please, I'm freaking out so much and I know i shouldn't have let things get as far as they did. Help!!!
