It can also put you at risk of contracting a sexually transmitted infection (STI), or a sexually transmitted disease (STD). Pre-ejaculation fluid from the penis contains sperm, making pregnancy without ejaculation possible. If you are trying to prevent pregnancy, please visit your doctor to determine which birth control option is right for you.
