Me and my boyfriend have been starting to have dry sex with my underwear on and his boxers. I think my underwear might have slipped a couple of times but when it did, his didn't. I'm worried that his pre-cum might have gotten on me. Could I get pregnant? My period is a week late now and a couple days ago I had a clear slimy discharge that soaked my underwear now I'm having small white discharges every once in a while. What does that mean? Should I get a test or take some sort of pills? Help me I'm so worried.

Actually, emergency contraception can be taken up to 120 hours, but it is most effective as soon as you can take it.

I will assume when you talk about Pills, you are talking about Plan B which is an emergency contraceptive that is taken within 72 hours after sexual intercourse. I don't think you should have concern if you had clothing in between the two of you.

I know this is a scary time but as you explained, you had clothing between the two of you. Before you engage in any further activity, please consult your physician to better protect yourself. Also, I know Plan B usually has age restrictions in some States.

Does this help answer your question?

oh what i meant about sexually active was the specific situation. i'm really worried at the moment and i'm finding ways to reduce stress but i can't seem to find any. it's been bugging me nonstop. is it ever too late to take pills by the way?

thank you so much!

Hi lalalove,

It is highly unlikely that his sperm would pass through clothing. I, personally, have used the Dollar Store pregnancy tests and never had any issues with them.

You said you were sexually active recently? Did you actually engage in sex or are you talking about this specific situation? If you have irregular periods already, this may be another good reason to talk to your physician about birth control methods such as the Pill which will help regulate your period as well as protect you from possible pregnancy concerns. Remember that there is no 100% guarentee with any birth control method so using condoms is also necessary, especially to protect you against any STDs.

Please keep us posted.

but can sperm pass through his boxers to my vagina? and about the discharge, no i don't feel anything at all. i just see it there. and are the pregnancy tests from the dollar store efficient? my menstrual cycle is irregular, sometimes it comes earlier than normal and sometimes late. but i'm really scared since i've been sexually active recently. and yes, i will surely keep you updated.

Hi lalalove,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. If his sperm entered into your vagina, you have the possibility of pregnancy.

The discharge you are talking about, are you experiencing any itching, burning feelings in the vaginal area? If you are a week late for your period and concerned about pregnancy, the stress may delay your period so don't worry too much yet. You may also get a pregnancy test to settle your nerves about the possibility. Pregnancy tests can be purchased at any local Dollar Store for only $1.00 plus tax. This may help settle your nerves.

Also when you asked about pills, if you are starting to experiment with sex, you should go to your physician and talk about possible birth control methods and always use condoms as there is always the possibility of sexually transmitted diseases. Can you keep us updated on your period and/or pregnancy results?
