ask: Can you get pregnant if you had unprotected anal sex and he came?

Thanks for your question. The only way you could get pregnant through anal sex is if the sperm comes down and into your vagina-- through your anus itself, this isn't possible. However, STD's and infection are certainly possible and anal sex should be practiced ONLY while wearing a condom.
