Hi, my bf and I were both wearing underwear, I was also wearing a thin pajama bottom. I didn't notice that the ejaculated on me until hours later when I went to the toilet. There had been a thick white cream looking substance which was located on my outer lips, labia majora I suppose. My main concern is that I haven't noticed it at all and therefore do not know if the sperm had swam up or died on the spot. The whole area was damp and I know sperm needs fluid to survive. I am now considering the morning after pill but I do have a hormonal disbalance so I'm not sure if it will help at all or just make things worse. I have no one else to ask and I'm trying not to panic. Urgent response is very needed. Thank you in advance.

There is no need because there was no chance of you becoming pregnant. Both of you were wearing underwear, which acted as protective barriers.
