I suppose if you are bloated your stomach may look a bit distended even with an ectopic pregnancy. Generally, however, the fetus cannot survive and therefore does not progress very much if at all.
Did you have an ectopic pregnancy? If so, I am very sorry for your loss. Did your stomach grow a bit?
