Hi sasha,
The NIH says side effects from dinoprostone are not common, but they can occur. Talk to your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:
* upset stomach
* vomiting
* diarrhea
* dizziness
* flushing of the skin
* headache
* fever
